After calculating all the data provided by the MLS, I found out that homes sales in West Haven were down by 46.15% compared with December last year a total of 13 homes were sold, while this year only seven West Haven homes recorded sold. Average prices for these homes sold were also decreased by 18.95% which is $192,900. Currently, there are 119 active residential West Haven homes for sale are in the market listed by the real estate agents and spending 184 days in the market before get sold.
